These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Warrior Health digital platform, including our website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

  1. Scope and Applicability

    These Terms apply to all access points of the Warrior Health platform. The Platform is intended for use by Ontario’s public safety personnel, their families, and retirees. Warrior Health reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with continued use of the Platform constituting acceptance of any changes.

  2. Nature of Services

    • Service Description:

      Warrior Health provides access to mental health support services, information, and resources. The Platform does not provide direct clinical care, nor does it substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional when making decisions about your health or other matters.

    • Emergency/Crisis Support:

      The Platform is not intended for emergency or crisis intervention. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, please call your local emergency services immediately.

  3. Use of the Platform

    • User Responsibilities:

      Users agree to access and use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    • "As Is" Basis:

      Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk. The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Warrior Health makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Platform.

    • Third-Party Integrations:

      The Platform may incorporate services provided by third parties (such as digital therapy tools or support lines). These third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Warrior Health ensures that such providers adhere to strict privacy and security standards but is not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.

  4. Security and Confidentiality

    • Security Measures:

      We employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure servers located exclusively in Canada, to protect your personal information. However, because complete security over the Internet cannot be guaranteed, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of providing information online.

    • User Accountability:

      Users must safeguard their login details and are responsible for any activity conducted under their account. Unauthorized use of your account due to negligence on your part may compromise confidentiality.

  5. Intellectual Property

    All names, logos, trademarks, graphics, images, and content displayed on the Platform are the property of Warrior Health or its affiliates and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material from the Platform is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Warrior Health.

  6. Communications and SMS Consent

    • Electronic Communications:

      This platform has been designed to avoid collecting personal information to ensure anonymity and privacy. However, by using the Platform and providing any requested personal information, you consent to receive electronic communications from Warrior Health regarding service updates, appointment reminders, and related information. Message and data rates may apply.

    • Opt-Out:

      You may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by following the instructions provided in such communications (for example, by following UNSUBSCRIBE protocol at the footer of any email we send). For additional assistance, please contact us as described below.

  7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, unless otherwise required by law.

  8. Modifications to the Terms

    Warrior Health reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform along with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
